Sachweh in Hell

Harald Sachweh returns to ERC with Ford Focus.

Former Norwegian Opel Astra campaigner Harald Sachweh has entered with the ex-Jos Kuijpers (2006 ERC), ex-Guttorm Lindefjell (2007 till 2008) and ex-Stein Egil Jenssen Ford Focus I for his native European Rallycross Championship round at Hell. Sachweh has competed between 2005 and 2009 with the ex-Martin Schanche Opel Astra G that he had bought from his compatriot Glenn Amund Voie. During the Dutch ERC round in August 2008 the Norwegian was admited to hospital due to a heart attack. A couple of weeks later, in early Oktober, he returned to the ERC for the German round at Buxtehude. After participating in just three of the 2009 ERC events in 2010 Sachweh took a sabbatical year, but now looks forward to race on home soil again.
