Foust’s FIA appeal decision postponed

According to today’s news from Paris, where the hearing in the appeal case about Tanner Foust’s exclusion in Holland took place at the FIA headquarter 8, place de la Concorde, the decision of the International Court of Appeal will not made public before next week. Foust himself remains optimistic about the outcome of the appeal lodged by the American ASN ‘Automobile Competition Committee of the United States (ACCUS)’ on behalf of its licence-holder.
