Over the fence – September 2011

by Eddi Laumanns |

Here is your chance to show your own pictures on RallycrossWorld.com. Our new ‘Over the fence’ feature will run within the ‘Photo stars’ section, but is not open to anyone who is accredited or signed-on to work trackside – we want to see the best of the pictures taken from the spectator areas and your view of what goes on in the paddock and areas around the track. You can send pictures from all 2011 European and/or national Rallycross events and may submit a maximum of twelve photos from each event you attend, but we may publish fewer. Please send your pics as JPG files in 3×2 format only, but not smaller than 800 x 550 pix @ 72dpi and without any watermarks or copyright credits on the image. And currently no vertical format pics please! Each published picture will be credited in usual style [© yourname/RallycrossWorld.com] so make sure you tell us your real name! For the caption we need the name of the leading driver shown, make and model of the car as well as the date and venue of the event. At the end of the year we will assemble a judging panel to select the three best pictures of 2011 for which we will have some great prizes on offer [we’re still working on the details…].

Please note: If the pictures received do not follow the above mentioned requirements they cannot be published. By sending your pictures you fully agree that RallycrossWorld.com can use the image without limit on our website as well as for the Rallycross World magazine, without payment of any fees and that you will, if requested, supply higher resolution copies if we want to feature selected pictures in our magazine. By submitting or having images published, you may not claim to be a contributor to RallycrossWorld.com or Rallycross World magazine. Click here to send your pics: Over the fence
