Bergström wins delayed support race.
Approximately 24 hours later than originally scheduled, the support class has completed its A final with Urban Bergström taking the A final victory in his Volvo V70. The Swedish star took a narrow win over Norwegian Stian Haugan (Citroën Xsara) with Oskar Sundell (BMW M3) in third. Abandoned last night after heavy rain left sections of the track flooded, the support class was run today, the first two heats before the ERC free practice sessions got underway, the third heat and the finals following the first qualifying heat for the European championship contenders.
