Norwegian double act
by Tim Whittington |
Guttorm Lindefjell and Ole Kristian Nøttveit have teamed up and will share the former’s Škoda Fabia Supercar in the forthcoming brace of Scandinavian ERC events. Lindefjell has been on the entry list for both the British and French ERC rounds, but component supply problems have delayed the rebuild of his ex-Larsson 2006 and 2007 ERC winning Fabia. The Norwegian – who sold his Fabia II to Hungarian Tomás Révész a couple of weeks ago – is now confident that the car will be ready for the Norwegain ERC round at Lånke. Nøttveit is to drive the car in that event, Lindefjell scheduled to take over at Höljes the following weekend. Lindefjell’s plans to run a selected programme of events this year are part of a build up to what he hopes will be a full time return to the ERC in 2012.
