FIA World Rallycross Championship teams and drivers are much in evidence at Autosport International, where former World Rally Champion Petter Solberg and new team-mate Alexander Hvaal formed a good double act on the main stage. Solberg made clear his aim for the year: “I want to be the first driver to win FIA World championships in two different disciplines,” he said.

Autosport International provides a great early season meeting and negotiating forum and many team principals from existing and prospective new entries have been busy pushing plans for the 2014 season to the finishing line.
ASI continues across the weekend with public show days and further rallycross interest with displays from both the MSA British Rallycross Championship and the BTRDA Clubmans Rallycross Championship.
