Round four of the FIA European Rallycross Championship is about to get underway, the paddock in Kouvola, Finland is bustling with activity.

The rain storm of last night has given way to clear blue skies and hot sun.

All the teams are ready to go, bar one. Liam Doran is still en route, his team have worked constantly since the Brits heavy crash in Hungary just two weeks ago. LD Motorsports are ready and waiting for him to arrive, and have Andreas Bakkerud’s DS3 ready to go. Doran has been granted special dispensation to go through scruiteneering outside the administration window.
