No problems in first free practice hour.

The first hour of free practice has passed trouble free, the clued up among the racers managing to get on to the track twice. The usual thinking is to hold back and go as late as possible in each session to drive the track as it ‘cleans’, but it was notable here that several front runners went early and then managed to return to get a second batch of three laps later in the session as they sought to learn what is for many a new track and for all one that has changed since their last visit with the addition of the Joker Lap section.
