Marthinsen, Gabrielsen and Haugan claimed victories at the Grenland Motorsport Senter.

For round 4 of the Norwegian Rallycross Championship its contenders met on Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 of August at the Grenland Motorsport Senter at Skien in the Telemark county of Norway. For Stian Haugan and his Citroën the track offered perfect conditions, after setting the fastest times in practice as well as in both the first and second qualifying runs he started the A final from the pole position and drove his Xsara to his second 2011 victory. Volvo campaigner Rune Engesvoll became the runner-up with his first generation S40 while Kjetil S. Nygård drove the somewhat exotic Lexus IS 200 to third place.

In Class 1 point standings leader Thommy Tesdal was beaten by Citroën man Trond Wilhelm Marthinsen, but the Opel driver remained on top of the championship. In Class 2 the Mazda RX-8 campaigners Jan Gabrielsen and John “Pirkka” Karlsson eventually sandwiched Bjørn Olav Jøranli and his Suzuki Baleno, series leader Ole Håbjørg made it only into the B final at Skien.
