Solberg goes to Hell

Henning Solberg bids to race in Norwegian ERC round.

Norwegian WRC ace Henning Solberg has released the news that he will compete in his home ERC round at Hell with the M Technologies Citroën C4 used so far this year by Marc Laboulle. The official line from the French team, however, is that the deal is not yet done… The older of the Solberg brothers remains closely linked with Rallycross; there have been rumours for quite some time already that his team was building up an ex-M Sport Ford Fiesta VII (3-doors model) – a car that was crashed by Mikko Hirvonen during tests for the Swedish Rally in early 2011 – for use in Rallycross by American superstar Ken Block. Another Rallycross Mk7 Fiesta for Henning himself should follow soon, after he sold his Mk6 Fiesta to compatriot Frank Valle at the start of the season. More information to follow!
