French championship, Châteauroux

Grosset-Janin wins at the Circuit des Tourneix.

Round 4 of the French Rallycross Championship took place at Châteauroux Saint-Maur in the Département Indre in central France and was won by Jérôme Grosset-Janin in the Renault Clio III of the Chanoine team from Dreux. While “Knapick” protégé Samuel Peu (Peugeot 207) became the runner-up Alexandre Theuil drove his VW Golf IV with 20 valve engine to third place. Victory of the Division 1A went also to the Renault dealership Chanoine. Fabien, son of ex-Rallycrosser Philippe Chanoine, scored the first win with his Dacia Sandero.
